ABOUT THE GAME
Sort Them Ducks is a duck-sorting game for Windows on Steam about turning a chaotic shop into a finished collection display. The official Steam store page describes more than 4,000 unique rubber ducks across hundreds of categories. You pick up a duck, read its name, costume and props, and carry it to the matching themed shelf. Correct placements earn money for the upgrades the store page lists: carrying more ducks, moving faster, highlighting matching ducks, revealing the correct shelf and collecting nearby ducks. Player guides document 19 regular shelf themes, four special displays and 10 hidden eggs, and Steam lists 20 achievements, six of them with hidden conditions.
Where the game stands: the official store listing, checked on 20 August 2026, confirms the Windows release on Steam and does not announce console or macOS versions. The developer’s Steam announcements, last read on 21 October 2026, list four patches in August 2026. Patch 1 addressed endings blocked by a missing duck or a wrong count; Patch 2 closed map gaps that let ducks escape; Patch 3 fixed ducks trapped behind shelves plus save-load and inventory display problems; Patch 4 fixed Steam Cloud save corruption between devices and added a save-backup system, followed by a hotfix for a counter that only showed Rainbow Tower ducks. The newest post in that feed, dated 5 October, asks for multiplayer testers. It is not a patch, so this site does not describe multiplayer as released.
